Can I apply for the CPA exam to two sates at once?

Hi All,
I am a CPA candidate and preparing for the CPA exam. If I am qualified for education requirements in some states to sit for the CPA exam, could I apply to those states at once? If yes, do I have to pay the exam fees twice?

if you want to be certified in both states, maybe you can. you probably will have to pay extra.
Once you have passed the exam in one state you can transfer to another state.
Contact the board of accountancy in the
state or territory where you want to be certified and licensed
for the requirements and forms.
