How do I qualify for the CPA exam?

I realize the new CPA exam requires 150 credit hours of coursework but Can I fulfill this requirement will 150 credits of UNDERGRAD coursework? It seems an MS in Accountancy will definitely do the job, but what about BS Accountancy?

I had a couple friends take the exam in CA, and they were ok with undergrad credits, and they never bothered to take an graduate work for masters.
