How much does a CPA at the Big 4 make?
I am currently in college and I will graduate with the necessary 150 credits to sit for the CPA. I am on track to be employed by one of the Big 4. Although I realize many employees do not work at a Big 4 firm for more than a few years normally, about how much would one with a CPA certification earn working for one of these firms?

It depends on the city that you work in. I work for a regional CPA firm in Ohio and the starting pay is in the mid $40,000 range. I would expect the pay at a big four to be higher than that.
I was making $50K+, 12+ years ago when I worked for a Big 4 firm. I assume it is much more now. Most people leave after they have their certification because you can earn much more working in industry. Try to stay at least 3 years, to get a better industry position.
You have selected an excellent career path. Good luck!!
After some experience, I’m sure it’s over $80,000
