In CPA exam, are the regulation, business and audit exams more theory based or logic based-like financial?
Hey. I have recently started to prepare for CPA. I am preparing for financial now. I have two questions:
1) What does the Regulation, business, and Audit exam constitute of. I mean are they more logical like financial, or is there more to memorize ( more theoratical)
2) With, CPA, I want to go in to consultancy and leave the accountancy, number concentrated stuff alone. What are my chances…
Thanks alot!

in the cpa exams, there is always a part theory and part problem solving but more points are given to problem solving. make sure that you have the proper presentation and formats because this counts.
before you go into consultancy, you should first be well versed with all facets of accounting, taxation, audit etc. in other works, you have to be an expert or very much experienced.
