Would taking an internship at a CPA firm be good?
I am a high school student, and am considering taking an interview at a CPA firm, it provides auditing, taxation, business management and outsourced accounting services to many businesses. The business is recognized as a top 25 firm in the DC area. I am doing this to help me get into a good college and make some money. Would this job be really boring? Would it be worth it over the summer?

Any professional office assistance job for a high school student is good. You are not obligated to go into any professional just on an internship. Also, just learning what an office environment is like can be very helpful.
if you want to be a CPA.. do it.
I think it would be boring if you don’t want to work in the field..
try a foreign exchange program, study abroad for the summer.. that helps with college apps. and it would be fun… you can get some great scholarships from Study Abroad programs.
You would need to go to college to get the job as an internship however it would be a good idea if you could get in there as it would look good on a college application. Good luck.
